How to reinstate 'text sent' sound on iPhone 4

It used to go 'whoosh' when it sent a text, but has stopped doing it. Have investigated the settings > sound area but can't get it to work again. Any ideas?

You have looked at Sounds in the settings? You should be able to do it from there. Also make sure the sound mute button at the top on the left is not activated.
