htc unlock

Hi,
My Granddaughter has bought a second hand htc phone, it was supposed to be unlocked, but it will not work on the vodaphone network, but does on orange and other networks. should i take it to a shop and get it unlocked again or is there a problem?

thanks fender, and, I might add, i have a Fender squire guitar just a few feet away, and it plays better than all the proper strats I have played. ( i am assuming your Fender name is leo fender. not a fender on an american chevy.)
