best way to keep documents up to date...
3 Answers
I have 3 PCs, but I keep all my documents on 3 hard drives - one hige one with everything on, and one smaller more portable one for carrying about
as you can imagine sometimes documents get edited on one of the 5 items but aside from physically going to each source and replacing the original file with the updated one... how can i keep them all up to date?
i have thought of briefcase but that works of individual docs and on dragging and dropping
is there any software or something that will automatically, when attached to the HD, search it and update any updated documents of the same file name etc... or at least notify me and ask me if i want it to?
i try to keep them all to one or 2 but sometimes i dont have the drive with me etc.
thanks
