I bought a Bose Portable SoundDock yesterday and there is no remote in the package despite it being referred to in the user notes. Surely this is supplied as part of the package which was sealed before I opened it.

There should be one - but it is *very* small/thin. Check all the packaging very carefully.

you should have a remote, i have a bose docking system for my ipod/phone and it has a remote, contact them or the shop where you bought it.

As above, there should be but it's only the size of a credit card and not much thicker, check you've not missed it.

Thanks guys, I'm sure it's not there and guess it would've been in one of those opaque cellophane type wrappers. Just frustrating that today is one of only two days a year when the shops are shut.

Went back to Currys yesterday and they instantly supplied one from existing stock. It's not that thin actually and you could hardly miss it if it was there. Works well though and the device is great.
