Mine is great. It holds a charge for about 10 minutes, then pff...nothing. Is this from misuse? Is there any way of repairing if it's 'memory' (if you know what I mean) is bust? Have tried the 'drain then full charge' but still get the same.

It is a modern myth that Litium Ion batteries last for ever. They wear out just like everything else. They do not suffer the "memory effect" that Nicad batteries suffer, and therefore last longer. Each time you recharge it a Lithium Ion battery it does not cause the same degredation, but after about 500 complete discharge recharge cycles it will not have much life left in it.

Thanks Did. Just 500?
Thats what one website told me, but if you dischagre the battery for half its charge, and then re charge it, that only counts as half a rechage cycle, so 500 full cycles could be several years
