Help please,Please!
Outlook Express keeps coming up with the following message as I try to forward an Email:-
An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'pop.tiscali.co.uk', Server: 'smtp.tiscali.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '421 #4.4.5 Too many connections to this listener.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 421, Error Number: 0x800CCC67

Seems to be an outage on the servers at TalkTalk & Tiscali, see here

Can you try through another email account (if you have one)?

I suspect it means that the listener has too many connections. Try again tomorrow ?

Nothing to do but wait, IT trolls have struck at server, wait until tomorrow-ish!!
