is there anywhere that sells a census disc from 1998 to present thx

I'm sure that personal and identifiable information on the census is restricted information for 100 years. Hence the latest census publicly available is 1901's !!

The National Statistics Office does report on general trends found in each census - changes in family sizes, population movement & family set-ups, religious beliefs etc., but it does not refer specifically to individuals or families.

Oh - and by the way, there is a census every 10 years. The last was in 2001.
