How to turn off internet on my Monte carlo android phone!

It is costing me £1 every time I turn it on even for 30 secs, unless I am in a free wifi area, would appreciate any suggestions, thanks.

Do you have it on a UK number, neti? - and therefore international roaming applies? OH has this problem every time he leaves the UK.

Download the app called 'Apndroid' - this gives you an easy option to turn off your internet data connection.

Help sunny-dave, have installed APNdroid but how do I use it?

The icon should be somewhere in your applications screens.

Touch/Click on it and you get a big green square saying 'on' which is the usual default state of the internet connection.

Touch/Click on the green square and it will turn red and say 'off' - you should then see that your internet data connection has been de-activated (but wifi will still work).

Oh dear haven't got a green anything just have two arrows and it says off.

Yes it sets internet disabled but l still have wifi, that's good, thank you.
