iPhone query

Today whilst in ibooks looking around, a box opened up with the option to Sync notes, docs etc but I chose to decline.
Will this option pop up again.
Have looked in settings but don't know where adjustments for this can be found.
I have previously registered for iCloud where my Kindle book downloads sit.
Have I got to go on the Apple website & log in with my email and iPhone password to resolve this situation?
If that's the case could somebody please post a direct for this if no other shortcut route is the answer?
I've only had the phone 2 weeks & this is the only issue that's a blur.

Not sure why your kindle downloads (are they in kindle format?) sit on icloud? mine sit on the Amazon server.

Given all you said works well for you, there seems to be a distinction on the icloud issue.
I did eventually go onto Apple's website in case there was a time limitation to deal with my query.
