surfstats.com

Analysing figures from surfstats, it appears that the most popular entry and exit pages from a particular site are of the kind, gfx/rotator.swf. The second most popular is the index.asp page. I have to submit a report detailing the most viewed pages, but do these ones really count as web pages? Hope this means something to someone! TIA.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.index.asp is probably the home page of the site. The default page served up when just the website is typed in (eg http://www.google.co.uk ). If someone visits the site, then leaves immediately (like a lot of people probably will), index.asp will rank highly in first and last pages visited.
rotator.swf, at a guess, is an advert rotator. This will serve up adverts to the browser and probably appears on every single page of the site, so will probably appear top of all pages visited. I would ignore if you're only interested in the pages of the site.
