having had a blackberry and an android phone i recent got an iphone - and i expected to utterly love it ... but i dont
i am distinctly underwhelmed by it and actually found the blackerry nicer and easier to use and to find stuff on the app store, it has more controls, more customisation, more options.
am i missing something?
i realise im probably the only person in the world who would say this.. but i feel like there is nothing much to it..
the only good thing is the larger touchscreen, instead of the qwerty keyboard - but bb even do those now, so its not special.
I'm physically mentally and emotionally attached to my iPhone, iPad and iPod. Gotta love em!
I feel sorry for you for not finding the love zone.
Maybe there should be therapy to treat that!!!
;-)
3G is old now. I'm just coming up to upgrade mine and debating whether to go for a HTC/Galaxy over another one. I don't like the look of blackberries.
I was playing around with some in a phone shop the other week and was amazed how much faster everything was in there. I find the camera is rubbish on my iphone too so hoping to get a better one and the tarriffs for other smart phones seem cheaper than the iphone ones.
I've not been able to upgrade software for a while and it's pretty slow now and things crash and many newer apps aren't available for download on it as they require the newer software which I can't have as the phone can't hack it.
Just arrived this afternoon, HTC One S, been playing and "setting up" since.
I is awsome and I have taken to it straight away. I have an iPod touch already and like it a lot but somehow did not want to afford the iPhone.
It is all up and working for facebook, email and my games of Draw Something and Angry Birds .
Superb screen and very fast.
I do seriously hope they improve the android platform, I found it quite crap when I last used one. the phones are superb now, its android and the marketplace that have let it down for me.
Cazzz, when was the last time you used "Android and the marketplace" I have used it for 2+ years and only ever had 1 problem and it just keeps getting better and better.
