No but Im sure there are plenty of programmes that will let you play musical notes on your keyboard.

Not directly, but you will find one in character map

start -all programs -accessories - system tools finds it on my computer. Yours may differ in detail

Make sure you are using the number pad on the right and not the figures along the top. Also make sure that num lock is on.
