When I first joined eBay I had to have a feedback score of 10 before I was able to sell anything.So, how come I notice people with 0-10 feedback already selling?

Don't think that's right.  You can put something on there as a first time seller.  I think there are one or two things you can't do - maybe like selling a car - but normal things can be sold.  The only thing is that people are occasionally reluctant to buy from a first timer just because you haven't got any feed back.  Persevere though - everyone had to start without any!

u can sell immediately with a zero rating but u must have rating of 10 before you can sell using 'buy it now'
