I have cancelled print queue waiting but still my printer will not print a page from Outlook Express

If the is paper in the machine turn off the printer by the wall and open it up check the ink chartrage it may be empty. If it is still full give it a shake and put it back in. If this doent work turn off the printer and leave in for about 30 minutes of it to cool down then try turning it on. If it doe not work take it to be repaired.
