New laptop

I'm considereing a laptop as my desktop is getting on a bit. I have M/S office installed on it inc Front Page, Access which I would like to keep. I don't have the disc for it. Is there any way I can transfer it to a new laptop? Thanks a lot. I may have more questons for you clever lot shortly!
