Samsung Galaxy Ace help please

I have this phone for about 2/3 weeks, great no problem until today, I had a call the green phone light up to answer and red to end call, but I press to receive call and nothing just keeps ringing until caller stops, I have not touched anything I know of, anyone any ideas please.

If it's like the Galaxy S2, you need to press the green button then swipe left to right to pick up the call.

I've had thie same phone for about 3 weeks and missed many calls, until I read the instructions(!) and yes, you swipe the green button to the red! so it's not just you, magicmick!

Sorry about late reply, I put the thread on and the the GLW wanted to go shopping so only just seen replies, no instructions came with the phone. All is now well, when you look the green arrows do go left to right, so sfby and islasmum thank you for info, by the way handsome looking dog islasmum.
