How do I delete a Hotmail account? I cannot sign in to the one I have and I keep getting told "It looks as if someone else might be using your account." In order to verify that it is my account, they ask for details of things like "folders you have used" and "addresses to which you have sent email" etc. Obviously, I cannot remember these details and can't answer them in the absence of my account. The whole thing is getting Kafkaesque. Anyone have any ideas?
