I would like to send a link to someone who was unable to watch the men's butterfly finals when the SA swimmer won by a whisker - also the interview with his father and Claire Balding. Is there any simple way I can do this.

Find it on iplayer and copy and paste the link from the address bar into an email to them...

It will only work if they are in the UK though.
