I am wanting a pay monthly mobile but I don't have a direct debit and I don't have any credit cards but I really want a monthly mobile so are they any websites which could help me etc.

you mean you don't have a bank account? if you are not old enough to have a bank account you're not old enough to have a contract phone. stick with pre-pay.

to be fair, it doesnt have to be about age, i am a 28 year old guy myself and i dont have any credit or debit cards and i wont use direct debit either. and also he may have a current account as some dont allow direct debit use with them, so he is probably old enough but not owning the bank account that allows it

You could go into a mobile shop, sometimes they allow you to pay the bill at the bank every month, but youll probly pay like �1 more for admin costs. I know Vodaphone and 3 do this, not sure on the other networks. Youll need to take 2 forms of ID with you as well.
