When using my computer, my arm is poised in mid air. My hand is on the mouse. I have been getting aches in my arm and wonder if ot should be supported or laid on something when using the computer. The table is vary small and there is nowhere to lay my arm. Any suggestions?

For correct H&S requirements using a VDU your elbow should be bent at 90 degrees when you are using your mouse. Your wrist should rest on the table or a wrist rest.
