Grouping images on microsoft word...

I'm sure you used to be able to group 2 or more images on a word document so that you could edit/crop/format it as a single image. I can see a 'group' button but I just cannot get it to highlight so I can click on it! I must be missing out a step... Any help??? :D

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I sometimes use the print screen button and transfer everything to gimp. If I want to do something new on Word 2010 I usually end up hitting buttons at random until I get what I want.
