What does "preloaded" mean? Either it's loaded or it isn't.

Preloaded is a perfectly understandable term in IT.

The basic answer to the OP is going to be... a load of rubbish, there will be very little of any use at all, hence why the first thing I do with any new computer is do a nice clean install from an original MS windows DVD (well USB stick actually)
