I know that the 8 x 21 means 8 Magnification X 21mm objective (front) lens. But what does the 128m/100m mean?

Thanks!!

The width of the view at 100m will be 128m.
The field of view may be quoted in degrees or figures (such as 6.5° or 140 m at 1,000 m). Roughly, 1°=17 m at distance of 1,000 m.
