I cant get into my hotmail account

Hi I am having a nightmare with my computer. I cant get into my hotmail account the sign in box is minimised and nothing happens. Several sites I have tried it says untrusted connection I think it means that my connection is untrusted and for some reason my yahoo account has been sending crap to all my contacts I have Kapersky and I did a scan and it told me to download something from adobe to fix a vulnerability but it hasnt
