We (Up to 5 of us) work in a small open plan office. Our latest company telephone bill has just come in showing a 15 minute call to a sex line at 12 midday on Thursday 30th August. There were at least 3 people in the office at the time including a customer. How do you prove to a telephone company that you are not prepared to pay over £80.00 (YES EIGHTY POUNDS) for a call that no-one made?

have you got cctv in the office with date time on?
i would inform ofcom about it
Are you sure no one made the call though?
You dont have to speak when making a call to a sex line
CCTV will only prove if anyone was on the phone, not who they were calling
OFCOM would be your best bet, even if it was just for advice

the only person you can truly know didn't make the call is you
