I'm getting really ticked off with this today. It won't let me attach anything to emails. It won't let me download attachments.

I've virus scanned and rebooted and it still won't let me. Tried FAQs and I can't get an answer. I don't know whether it is me, my machine or btinternet.

There is a solution which means forwarding everything via another email address but that is a complete clat.

Can anyone suggest anything, please?

Could it be something to do with the fact that strangely i now have something called "Claro search"? I am attempting to remove it.

Firstly, BM, don't panic! You've picked up some nasty malware but snags has provided you with a link which describes how to remove it.

What anti-malware software are you running...?

I think I managed to sort it - using Snags link. I also updated Malwarebytes which was on my PC but not updated.

Clarosearch has now gone thankfully, but btinternet still won't play nice.
