When I click on 'Help' the drop down menu appears but when I click on 'Get Answers: help & support' nothing happens at all. I need to contact Skype as my account has been raided. Any ideas please?

A call was made to a unrecognised number draining my credit! I only use Skype for PC to PC calls with one person apart from the occasional sms to stop losing credit.
