hearing aids

Hi I have a slight hearing loss in one ear and wanted to get a hearign aid. I have looke donline and found some for about 1000 pounds. I have however seen in the past hearing aids advertised for about 100 pounds. Does anyone know of the companies that offer this or the sites for them. thanks
