Unsafe download

If you try to download a file and a red warning pops up telling you that the file is unsafe and could affect your computer by putting a virus or spyware onto your computer, can you download it to a memory stick without the file getting on to the computer itself?

No.

Although just downloading a file won't do anything to your computer, it's only when you run the file it becomes a problem.

That said, why on earth would you want to download a file that's been flagged as unsafe.
