We have had Sky for yonks. All of a sudden all the programmes on tv have "Sky" at the top....How can we get back to normal,ie. before everything was through Sky? John.

do you mean go back to channels that are analogue? bbc1,bbc2 etc

Guessing here that you've just turned on the info for the channel on the TV

Look for a button on the TV remote control with a little i on it and press that.

If you can't find one then post the make and model of your TV.

I have a suspicion that the good lady (who stops up a lot longer than me watching footie etc,) pressed a button that caused this to happen.If watching a program and click the button to go RIGHT, it shows the progs but in very dark blue.If we click on to see next half dozen programmes, it shows LESS programmes which are also in dark blue and have "SKY" at the top,...I just want to go back to what it was before!

Hi, johntywino, if this happened to you yesterday then I think it was something that Sky did as mine is similar. Everything is dark blue ie channel banners, when you look at the list of channels there are now more and a few other things as well. Also noticed on mine that the volume sometimes goes off too.

It would be nice if they let us know they were altering it. Thought it was my box that was playing up at first. To get volume on I now switch the box off at the button on top of box then turn it back on and that seems to work.

branding has been around for ages that should not be a surprise, and ig you sky above east enders on bbc then its not the sky box.

look on your tv remote for an "i" in a circle, its likley you are seeing the source indicator. ie vcr,sky,hdmi1,hdmi2 etc

have a play with tv remore rather than sky

sky have recently changed there look and feel, but this doesnt effect individual tv progs just the planner.

the reason the sound goes off is because t is broadcast separately on there is around 15 seconds delay
