Ebay app on Andriod - no network found message

Hello, both me and my husband have the Ebay app on our Andriod phones, but when we use it on a wi-fi connection we always get an error message come up saying 'no network found, please retry or check your network settings'. This makes it virtually impossible to use especially when trying to list items for sale. If we go out and get a good 3G signal, it works fine. Have tried updating, uninstalling and reinstalling etc but nothing works. This has been going on for some months now. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to resolve it. Thanks!

Can you use them for browsing on WiFi?
If not, you need to configure the Wifi to match your router
