A colleague here has lost his headingss along the top of the messages for his Incoming Box, i.e. only displays Subject and not From or Received.  Any suggestions as to how to re-instate the headings please?

open an email, go to the 'View' menu and select 'Message Header'

should do the trick!

Right click on the grey bar where the 'Subject' header is.

Click on 'Field Chooser' then drag and drop whatever field is required on to the bar.
