Adobe Flash

i have lost this . when i download the new version all appears to be okay until i try to use it , nothing ,any ideas as what i have done wrong?

This is a well-known problem.

Go to your Control Panel and then to 'Add or Remove Programs' (in XP) or 'Programs and Features' (in Vista or 7).
Locate and uninstall 'Adobe Flash Player 11 Plug-in'.
Restart your computer.
Reinstall Flash Player from here:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
