Freeview Picture Strength

Over the last couple of weeks, when the Auto tune kicks in our signal strength is being shown as 1 for all the mainstream channels and up to 6 if I want to watch the stuff towards the end of the list, S4C has replaced channel 4 up until last night when the '4' channel is now showing as invalid channel number, (althougth that be down to me trying to retune manually). I am in the Preston area anyone else having problems
