If your disk is a bootable disk then is the drive is ok and if the CMOS settings looks at that drive when booting up, it should boot.
a) Does the disk boot in other PCs ?
b) Does the drive allow other disks to be seen, or can you see the files on your "Windows 7" CD ?
c) Are you sure the CMOS is set up to check the CD drive to boot from ?
My computer fails to show the Windows 7 logo loading when i start it ? Just a black screen ? Its been happening for 2 days now, how do i resolve this ?
