I Have A Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 Samsung Did An Update Last Week Since Then The Sound On My Skyp Has Gone Off Uninstalled And Reinstalled 4 Times Can See Visually Its Working But No Sound Worked Perfectly Before Update

I have a samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0 Samsung did an update last week since then the sound on my Skyp has gone off uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times can see visually its working but no sound worked perfectly before update

Hi, No all the sounds that should be there are there notifications, games etc all sound controls have been turned full on everything else deafening but no Skype sounds you can see it doing the test call and being answered but with no sound

I use the skype for phone calls not video was working perfectly

I have tried everything can't find anything other than the controls on the device.the update was on Monday have had a couple of friends look at it they are both baffled too

have you tried the help section - they have forums and i had a quick look and there are some solutions from people with similar problems

No norton as far as i know

I can't find any mention of norton,i t messed up one of my desktops I use avg usually I have had tablet for about 3 months put skype on straightt away its worked fine. Going on hols tomorrow wanted it working to use while im away

i went to "help" along the top (bear in mind this is on a windows laptop) then typed in "no sound" and it came up on the right hand side
