Anti Spyware
Hi, I have recently installed Anti Spyware software. Can anyone tell me, after doing a scan and having found some spyware, what items I should remove and what items should I ignore. What is the governing factor that helps me decide.
Cheers.

After it scan your computer it say which spyware is critical, and which is not. This can bee seen by clicking the tabs at the top after the scan is complete. However, I tend to just delete everything.
The governing factor is the type of scanner you use. Some go overboard to try and freak you out in order to get you to buy them. OH NO, I'VE GOT A NEW FAVOURITES ITEM. Use common sense there.
I didn't like adaware, but did like Yahoo toolbar, and would do all it says. Much spyware is stubborn to remove.
The day will surely come when I can charge the 30 or so hours I spend a year to these idiots that infested my machine. They send Ads to my desktop: the irony is that I will NEVER EVER use the companies that used this platform for advertising.
