Free Photoshop (Or Similar)

I want doctor a photo by putting a photo of someone else in an existing one (it's not a creepy thing, just a fun thing that's going around on Twitter)

Does anyone know any free packages that would allow me to do this easily?

Gimp is often suggested.

You need to play with these things for a few hours and see what they can do. And if you get proficient then look at the instructions to see what other things you have missed.

I'm unsure there is an app that will do this 'putting in someone else' for you. I could be wrong but I think you need to put in the time to get proficient at one of these type of packages.

Best of luck looking for an easier option though.

You can also do what you want in IrfanView which is free. However, it takes a bit of learning.
