Shockwave Flash

Recently,I keep getting a message saying that Shockwave Flash has crashed .And where I should see a pic or even a video(these that come with an ad.etc...I don`t get,just a pic of a piece of jigsaw...????????

By the way,do have Adobe Shockwave Player 11.5 installed,is that the same thing?

I believe the current version of shockwave 12.something.
