I am tempted to upgrade to a new package with my ISP which offers a TV box worth about £299 yet the broadband price is the same.

What are the disadvantages if any and will it work at lower download speeds...mine is about 1.5Mb/s although I don't intend to download films etc just to recall programs like you get on I-player.
