I am unable to open any links to websites, the message says I need to contact my systems administrator - but who is that?

So how did you get here ?

Your first port of call would probably best be your ISP.

If it is your home PC then you are your own administrator. You are possibly getting those irritating messages Windows puts up denying you doing something you want, with the excuse that they are protecting you. Hang on a while, someone may turn up here able to tell you how to get past that. It'll be something to do with lowering your PC security settings I expect.

Glad you came along OG, I'm not a Windows user so may have misled lynbrown.

I'm becoming a bit of an answerholic, must restrain myself :-)
