I have just replaced my ink cartridges with genuine Epson ones (all four) and it is telling me "Ink cartridges not recognised" please help, how do I get it to print, urgently needed !!

Take them all out then put them back. If that doesn't work, turn the printer off and back on before trying again. You may have to take them out/put them back a few times before it works.

And next time, save yourself a load of cash by buying your cartridges from somebody other than Epson.

Another thought. Are you certain that you have the right colours in tyhe right slots. I think that might cause the message you're getting.

You're welcome. I hope you were able to get it replaced.

Incidentally, I buy cartridges for my Epson from these people. They are so much cheaper than Epson themselves and their service is brilliant. (I have nothing to do with them, just passing on their details as a satisfied customer.)
