I am running Windows 7 & I have a M/S Excel page with all my DVDs listed, can someone tell me how to move a group down several spaces so that I can add to the middle of page rather than at the end. TIA.

Highlight, 'cut', 'insert paste' ?

If I understood that issue that is. If you just want to add extra rows in the middle then simply 'insert rows'.

Click on the left hand end of a row to highlight it, then right click and select 'insert'

Insert Row(s) or select the block you want to move and cut and paste it further down.
