Does the Nokia 7650 have the capability to download polyphonic ringtones?

According to Nokia's website it does not. http://www.nokia.com/phones/7650/index.html The only Nokia phones with polyphonic capability to my knowledge are the 3510 and the 7210, the latter of which is not yet available to purchase at the time of writing.

I have a 7650 and it has what sound like polyphonic ringtones on it so it should be capable of downloading them. All the sounds are played through a speaker not a buzzer like ordinary phones and as a result you hear proper music.

The 7650 has definately got polphonic ringtones. It is stated on the Nokia Music webpage. Go to this link: http://www.nokia.com/music/ring_tones.html ...and then click on the link in the left margin ("Which phones have polyphonic ring tones?").

the 7650 was the queen of all phones for a long time when it came out and still outperforms over 90% of the phones on sale today,the answere is yes your phone can download and play polyphonic and true tones although iam not sure if they are called that but thats what they are in reality.www,mobango.com www.avianet.com
