I've just given myself a new email id, is there a way selected emails received from regular sources ie. answer notification from AB can be automatically forwarded?

If using Outlook you can setup a rule to forward messages to a contact in your address book (Make a contact with your new email add.). For Answerbank messages why not just change your email address in My Profile?
