Internet Explorer Questions

I can't find the option to disconnect from the Internet (dial-up connection) when Internet Explorer is closed. Perhaps I know this from a different Internet Explorer version or different operating system, but it seems such an obvious/useful option that I can't believe it's been removed. I'm currently using XP and Internet Explorer 6.0.
Also, the right-click "open frame in new window" option is no longer available. I found this very useful. Any solution?
Thanks,
Laurence

Are you using a PC at work where the settings may have been preset by someone else?
If you have the option I'd use firefox which gives this option AND "open in new tab" which is a better idea. You can see a screenshot of Firefox here:

If you need to disconnect, you can do it through the start menu too. Start > Settings > Network (or maybe 'dial up') Connections, then click on something that represents your connection. Then you'll get an option to disconnect
