Sony Experia

Just followed the on screen instructions to be able to install the software onto my PC for using the camera.
Not very technical here at all.
After leaving phone and lappy to 'do their thing' - I now find the phone with just a black screen, and the word Sony on it.
Can't switch off or on.
No charge showing. (Yet I had prieviously charged the phone)
Please advise if you can.

have you tried taking the battery out, then putting it back?

I have done that, waited a little while, put it back in, and pressed the on switch.
I felt a brief vibration, and saw a brief green light, now back to just the black screen with Sony.

sorry, I can't think of anything else. I'd be tempted to try that again.. otherwise call your service provider.

my Xperia completely died after doing an update (not plugged into anything else) and O2 sent me a new one!
