I am working on a production and I need to cross reference various documents and have copies in different folders - but they are constantly being edited etc.

Is there a way that if I update the document that is in the graphics folder, it will automatically update itself in the SFX folder too?

It's a pain trying to keep all the copies updated.

thanks

I think Microsoft Access does this but it's a mighty fearsome application.

ooer... yes ive tried it, bit complicated - and mostly i dont need the rest of the program really ... i was hoping there was some kind of right click type of 'link all copies' type function that i could apply to each doc individually

if there isnt a way - there should be! lol

or is there some other software i can download that adds this function perhaps ?
