How Do I Make My Youtube Channel More Successful?

Hey Everyone! So I just started a YouTube Channel about 2 weeks ago and it has been really fun! I am however having trouble making it as good as it could be. One problem i'm having is advertising my channel and getting people to watch it. I am also having trouble improving my content. Could someone help me by giving me feedback on how I can improve my channel content as well as getting people to watch my channel. I know that I shouldn't give up because everyone had start off somewhere before making good vlogs/videos.. I want to keep improving, but i just need to know what are the little and big mistakes that I am doing so that I can fix them! Thank you!

I've looked at your channel without audio off.......I have absolutely no idea what your channel is about, so why would people bother with it ?

there is nothing to let people know what the channel is about or its aims etc etc etc.
