When I try to sign in to Hotmail to check my e-mails I get a message saying : Something has gone wrong. Can't sign you in now. Please try again later.
I've been trying off and on all day and no luck. Yet my husband can sign in to his. Any ideas as to what's wrong. Thank you.

My wife is getting a page asking her to supply a phone number so Outlook can verify that it's her trying to sign in. I've had two 'no subject' emails from her account that she knows nothing about.
Maybe Outlooks got a bug.

I tried signing in again today and got a message asking me to change my password. I did this and was able to access my e-mails. Why didn't they do this yest as it would have saved me a lot of bother.

Hotmail is now Outlook.com have you got it installed as that is where emails will be from now.
